ModelSwim does not share your personal information with any
third parties. In addition, ModelSwim does not allow third parties
to market to ModelSwim members. ModelSwim takes reasonable precautions
common in the industry to assure the privacy of your personal information.
However, ModelSwim assumes no responsibility for any actions of
third parties beyond its control.
ModelSwim reserves the right to monitor and disclose to government
officials or law enforcement any and all communications and personally
identifiable information when compelled to by duly constituted legal
authorities operating within the applicable laws of and protections
afforded under New York State Law and the Constitution of the United
States of America, even when you have requested that your information
not be disclosed to third parties.
ModelSwim is not a model agency, scouting agent or a modeling
school. It is not in any way an employment agency and makes no promises
of obtaining nor offers to obtain work of any kind for anyone, including
you.
